The Platform is designed for sports professionals to browse and order Informed Sport and NSF certified products. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Payment terms are specified at checkout. Prices and product availability may change without notice.
4. Intellectual Property
The Platform and its content, including but not limited to logos, text, and design, are owned by Sync Sport or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sync Sport shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant products or services.
